Our support service desk is the first and direct contact point for the restaurants. Depending on your preferences, we accept service requests bei email, our self service web portal and of course on the phone - without an anonymous call center and without annoying pre-recorded announcements.
We are keen to solve any incident immediately. We prefer qualified staff who can help directly on the phone instead of complex processes. If required, we work across countries and multi lingual.
